Dave Jackson is the Estimator and Quality Assurance Manager of Composites USA in North East, MD. Dave started as a production technician at Jones & Hunt Inc. in Orwigsburg, PA in 1973. During his career he has worked in tank assembly, as a machine operator, field service technician and area lead until he became Production Manager in 1988.

Dave joined Composites USA in 1994 as Production Manager and stayed until 1999, when he worked for another fiberglass manufacturer as Plant Manager, and he re-joined Composites USA in 2007. Dave has experience in hand lay-up, spray-up, resin transfer molding, (RTM), light RTM, vacuum infusion and compression molding.

Dave enjoys hunting, fishing, hiking, spending time with his family and is active in the local church. Dave and his wife Karen also own and operate the Day Basket Company and manufacture “Hand-made white oak baskets”. The business has been in continuous operation in Cecil County Maryland since 1876.
